How many guests stay at the villas?
We have five private overwater villas and a maximum of ten guests. Each villa has two large beds, a private bathroom and its own patio overlooking the waves.
What is the minimum stay?
Seven nights. It gives you time to settle in and explore different waves as conditions change.
Can we surf on our own timing?
Yes. Four boats give guests flexible departures to the waves in the bay throughout the day. You do not have to wait for every guest to be ready. Our captains and guides help choose the session for the conditions.
What surf level is the trip best for?
The area is best suited to intermediate through advanced surfers, with heavier options for experienced barrel riders. Dindos can be gentler when conditions suit. Tell us about everyone’s experience, especially in a mixed group, so we can advise on the trip.
When is the main surf season?
April to October is the main surf season. Swell and wind vary, so tell us your dates and the kind of waves you enjoy. Our team can help you choose a window.
Is Treasure Island included?
One Treasure Island trip is included with a seven-night stay, and two trips with stays of ten nights or more, when conditions are right. Additional trips are available.
How do we get there?
Fly into Medan, Sumatra (KNO), then connect to Gunungsitoli, Nias (GNS). Our team picks you up for the van and speedboat transfer to the villas. Check your itinerary with us before booking flights.
Are meals and dietary requests covered?
Three meals daily, snacks, water and juices are included. Beer and soft drinks are extra. Please discuss dietary requirements and special requests before booking so the team can prepare.
Do the villas have AC and internet?
Yes. Air conditioning, 24-hour electricity and Starlink Wi-Fi are included.
Can we book all five villas?
Yes, you can enquire about the whole property for up to ten guests. Let us know your dates and group size, and we will confirm availability.
What can we do between surfs?
Snorkelling, fishing and local excursions are part of the experience. There is also the shared lounge and restaurant, your private patio and time to enjoy the bay.
